FAQs

Production Run Questions

What is the minimum production run at SwiftMould?
SwiftMould's minimum production run is 25 parts. We accommodate all quantities from 25 units through to continuous high-volume 24/7 production. There's no maximum.
Can SwiftMould handle ongoing contract manufacturing?
Yes. For regular production requirements, we offer contract manufacturing with scheduled deliveries. We can work to a fixed delivery schedule (weekly, monthly, quarterly) or a fluid call-off system.
At what volume does it make sense to switch from aluminium to steel tooling?
As a rough guide: if your total production requirement exceeds 10,000 shots, a steel tool starts to offer better long-term value. Our engineers will recommend the right tool type at quotation based on your exact quantities.
Can you ship production parts internationally?
Yes. SwiftMould ships production parts to customers throughout the UK and internationally. We coordinate packaging, labelling, and logistics as part of the service.
