Production Run Questions
- What is the minimum production run at SwiftMould?
- SwiftMould's minimum production run is 25 parts. We accommodate all quantities from 25 units through to continuous high-volume 24/7 production. There's no maximum.
- Can SwiftMould handle ongoing contract manufacturing?
- Yes. For regular production requirements, we offer contract manufacturing with scheduled deliveries. We can work to a fixed delivery schedule (weekly, monthly, quarterly) or a fluid call-off system.
- At what volume does it make sense to switch from aluminium to steel tooling?
- As a rough guide: if your total production requirement exceeds 10,000 shots, a steel tool starts to offer better long-term value. Our engineers will recommend the right tool type at quotation based on your exact quantities.
- Can you ship production parts internationally?
- Yes. SwiftMould ships production parts to customers throughout the UK and internationally. We coordinate packaging, labelling, and logistics as part of the service.
